It's a 2" shock extension, and does exactly that. Bottom bolt lines up perfectly. Feels solid and is solid - has no adverse effect. I will say that FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks required a bit of grinding down on the metal bushing to fit, but those are larger than stock anyways. As others have noted: it's a perfect solution to get into the sweet spot.
