evo oil pan skid 2 years ago
Install was straight forward. This thing is pure beef! no worry about my oil pan being punctured by rocks. I will note to take your time during install. As you can drop some of the bolts or nuts specifically at each corner and drop it into the pan. Which will require you to take it all back off again. But take your time and install is a breeze.

Easy to install. I did not want to lose ground clearance with a huge skid for where I wheel but i wanted puncture resistance to the out in the open oil pan on the JK's. There is no chance a rouge stick or sharp rock is making its way through this skid. I was able to install this without dropping the oil pan due to the factory gasket/sealer holding the pan on without any fasteners. Simply popped all the old fasteners off, place the pan up to the the studs and then slowly tightened to factory spec. Couple of spots were very tight but take your time!

Easy install, beautiful welding, and beefy as all hell. I'm not planning to lift the jeep any time soon so it makes me feel better having it under there.
