Retro Rubicon
I picked these up after a Jeep Jamboree run where I was lucky to not bang up my shock mounts too much but others did not fare as well on the ride. I looked at the other MFG's offerings but for the price and design, I really liked the EVO Protek Rear Shock Skids. The install took all of about 15 minutes and the hardest part was making sure the rear shock does not fully extend because then you have to fight it back up to remount it. I have had these installed for about a month now and so far, everything is safe and sound. I have not had a hard hit on them yet but they seem very well built and ready to take it. The finish on the skids is a semi gloss and looks good. I expect many years of good service from them.
