I was hesitant to order a skid plate when I purchased the bumper, but was glad I did. It covers the sway bar disconnect to protect it and also provides a clean and finished look. The skid plate was packaged well like all the LOD products I have purchased.

The website didn't recognize this as a fit for my ecodiesel rubicon but it fit perfect with the signature series stubby bumper. Protecting that vulnerable sway bar disconnect motor is a good preventative measure.
