Out of all the mods done so far this has been my favorite. I smashed up my muffler pretty good recently. Ordered a dynomax muffler delete and could not stand the extra exhaust noise. Got the stock muffler back on and with this skid plate I should be able to hit the trails again in confidence and not worry about leaving my muffler on the trail. The install was not that hard. I used a floor jack with a couple 2x6 boards on top to wedge the skid plate into place. Once everything was bolted together and tightened up I tested it by jacking the vehicle up with the floor jack and this skid plate held the weight of the Jeep with no problem.

Beated not babied
Very beefy, so far has taken two good licks on 21 roads and T-22 in CO. Had to rattle can the battle scars. But for the money, it is a great addition Install took maybe 15 minutes, if installing by yourself. Get a floor jack with a scrap piece of wood. Guys and girls at RH4x4, keep up the great customer service and one off craftsmanship.
