While the product itself is decent, instructions are detailed, and Northridge was a pleasure to work with, bestop is not. One of the parts for my top was not anodized completely and when the windows were removed you could see bare metal vs black. I reached out to bestop, and despite giving them the part number I needed, I have spent over a month, 8 emails, a dozen pictures, and too much of my time to have received the wrong part twice. Judging by the broken English in the emails I’m receiving, customer service is not in the US, and very bad at their job. I’m gonna rattle can the part and call it good.
