For Johnny Joint rebuilds and repairs, this tool can be used either in a bench vise, or it is compact enough that it may also be used for on-the-vehicle jobs, on or off the trail! Components consist of a CNC machined heat-treated steel body, 1/2 in.-13 all-thread, and premium thrust bearings.

Makes the process if rebuilding your JJ's super easy. Yes you can use sockets and presses, clamps etc, but wow this makes it super easy. Also, no risk of damaging replacement components going in at and angle etc...parts go in perfectly straight. Highly recommend.
