I recently purchased this Tie Rod kit and had my local garage install it. However, the mechanic was very new and had issues trying to install it. He had pretty much given up and wanted me to send back the tie rod kit and order a stock tie rod kit. I then called Max at Northridge 4x4. Max walked the mechanic through the process over the phone and saved the day/week. Talk about top notch customer service! Max doesn't just take orders he really knows a lot about the products he sells and HOW to install them. Amazing.

I've had this on my 2016 JK for over a year now and it is much higher quality than OEM and has well handled the trails I've driven on. Highly impressed with Tereflex JK equipment.

Straight forward install. Good instructional pamphlet. Package sufficiently, no scratches or blemishes. I like that the ball joints in the links can be tightened after they are worn. Grease fittings are recessed and protected from rocks. Very happy with my purchase.
