I see the option to buy the front adjustable track bar on your site. By purchasing this rear track bar relocation kit would this be all I need for a 2.5 inch old man emu lift?

A: Yes, that will help reposition your rear axle into the factory location. You could also use a rear adjustable trackbar to do that as well.
