Short of a fixed sized for your lift, this is the best clamping design in my opinion. I've dealt with jam nuts and rusted out ninja lock washers...it's always an absolute pain to torque it down without changing the length itself. This lets you get it adjusted, and then torque down a couple bolts that run perpendicular, so you won't change the position of the bar itself. The joints are quiet and the bar itself looks great (if you care about that).
