Self recovery in a manual trans JK is a bit easier when you aren't tethered by wires. I've used mine many times with the Warn VR8. Glad I'm done with the wired controller but it comes at an overly high price

Love this product I have used since I bought my jku it came with a 18000 lbs. Warn winch and no remote for the winch. So I bought this remote and fell in love with it and now I have 50 ft. instead of 6 ft. I recommend this for anyone who has a winch of any brand to buy the wireless remote for it. IT JUST WORKS THAT WELL.
