I had this on a previous JK and it worked great, so I had to get it on my new JT. A lot cheaper than an expensive replacement bumper. Mounted a new Quadratec Winch on it and it looks great. No modifications needed, except getting rid of a small plastic spacer.

I purchased the Rockhard winch mount plate for my 2022 Jeep Gladiator Ecodiesel. It supports several winches including Warn, but I got a smoking deal on a Badlands 12,000 LB synthetic rope winch and was delighted with the fit. Installation was easy, videos on youtube, also on Northridge website, were helpful, and I am very satisfied with the outcome, having recovered my neighbor from a snowbank already. Not only does the mount fit the winch and the bumper, it is cleverly reinforced at the mount interfaces (watch video), and my good looking factory plastic bumper stays. Between the weight savings of the mount, lighter weight synthetic rope winch, and retaining my lightweight factory bumper, I have added less than 80 pounds to the front end of my truck, and far less than replacing with an off road steel, or rubicon factory steel bumper. I have no measurable sag up front on my suspension from this install.
