Yukon Gear & Axle 3rd Member Limited warrants the original retail purchaser of this Yukon product that, in the event of failure, Yukon Gear & Axle will replace or repair the product. This replacement will exist so long as the original purchaser of the Y. E. S. Plan and the related product owns the vehicle in which the product is installed. This extended does not cover, and Yukon Gear & Axle shall not be liable for, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of time, road service charges, labor charges incurred in the replacement of the product, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, loss of revenues, and loss and/ or damage to personal property. The Yukon 3rd Member Y. E. S. Plan Limited warrants coverage of Yukon components only. Third party products are not covered under the Y. E. S. Plan in addition to wearable items such as bearings, seals, clutches and yoke seal surfaces. This plan is good for as long as you own your vehicle. The plan is non-transferrable if the vehicle is sold.
