This was exactly what I was looking for. Frame mounted but no welding. You do have to drill a few holes and tap the threads. But they give you a drill bit and thread tapper. Was my first time drilling into frame but uneventful. Watch their videos. High clearance: This sits above the frame rails so you don't lose any clearance. Need a step: this version has the step and it is great. Several raised traction bits to reduce slippage. I will say if you have a lift and 37s, it's a bit of a stretch. Install was straightforward. Pinch seams are visible on either ends of my gladiator. So if you plan in advance get some black vinyl to cover before hand if that bothers you Packaging was a solid effort but put execution. Inside they use spray foam. However the corrugated box is very thin. So UPS was not kind. Even the spray foam could stop a little damage. I did have a couple of dings but it was right where I anticipate hitting rocks so I just hit it with a quick spritz of paint and called it good I had one missing part. I'm their install video, install of driver side, you need a second flange nut towards the bed Quick email to them and they sent me the party quickly. I finished the install and added the nut afterwards. Their response was quick. Overall this is great looking. I can't vouch for mid west winter salt yet, but I don't think anyone can and you don't want aluminum if hitting hard off roading I installed this myself on a 21 gladiator Rubicon. Packaging: inside the rock

These steps look good and are extremely strong. The install took about an hour by myself. Watch the video and you will be fine. These were exactly what my gladiator needed.
