I've used this as rock lights , under hood lights and cargo lights , bright and small , 4 underneath a jeep is plenty bright for overloading and night wheeling , the hole in center can be used for permanent mounting and or a magnet if drilling a hole is not an option .

I've always ran Rigid Industries or Baja Designs for rock lights on all my rigs over the years, now on I will be going with these KC Hilites Cyclone V2 LED rock lights. They use less amps and seem to be a lot brighter than Rigid and Baja Designs, plus they're half the cost. I also like how they take a button head type bolt to mount them right through the middle. Highly recommended, Northridge4x4 has the best selection and pricing on these.

Best rock lights for the $$$$ 2 years ago

I've always ran Baja Design or Rigid Industries for my rock lights due to the brightness and warranty. However after buying two KC Hilities Cyclone V2 rock lights and using them as rock lights on my overland trailer, I will no longer run Baja Design or Rigid Industries rock lights. These KC Cyclone V2 are way cheaper and way brighter, plus they use the same amount of power. I also like how they offer different lenses and aluminum mounts as well. Highly recommend these, Northridge4x4 has the best pricing on these as well!!

These are extremely handy, useful, and bright lights. I do however, miss the older version. These seem to take on water much more easily than the older style and will short out. Luckily the individual LEDs are wired in parallel so if one goes out the rest still work.
