Let's be real it's made by Warn for a Warn Winch, I wouldn't expect anything less than a perfect fit, and it is a perfect fit. Material feels quality and the stitching is good. First impressions is that it should last for a long time. Looks great and will definitely protect the winch and rope from the Texas Sun.

Will this fit the VR EVO 10-s? Is the Warn part number is 102642 the same as 107765?

A: Yes, it does fit the VR EVO series according to Warn. The 102642 p/n was discontinued and 107765 is the replacement.
