Close it and the step tucks back up flush with the slider. Yes. Rock-Slide describes them as fully functional, trail rated rock sliders with the power step built in, so you get rocker protection and an easy step in one part.
How does the step know when to drop?
The step deploys when you open a door and retracts when you close it. If you run with the doors off, ask us about the Step Slider Door Delete Kit.
How hard is the install?
Step Sliders bolt on, but plan on a full day. Customers say the factory body bolts can be stubborn, so take your time removing them and follow the instructions closely.
What add ons are available?
Skid plates, rocker guards and the Step Slider Light Kit, which lights up the ground under the step when it deploys. One light kit covers both sides.
What is the warranty?
