First, Northridge service and shipping was awesome - ordered on-line and had it at my front door in 2 days! Install took a bit longer than expected - mostly due to stubborn body bolts - take your time to remove these bolts. After finally getting them installed, they look and operate wonderfully. I am happy with my decision.

2022 JLUR XR - JLZBUB
There are quality issues with this product. Installation of the passenger side slider required modifications to make it fit. The slider was manufactured 1/2" tool long and required notching to fit around a 2022 JLUR XR frame bracket. Shortly after installation, the passenger side step began to rub (see wrangler forums for similar issues) and within days a pivot pin sheared off and left the step hanging loose. Rock Slide Engineering (RSE) was quick to issue a warranty, however the replacement slider was also incorrect... this time it was 1/2" too short which misaligned the forward skid plate mounting holes, no modification was possible. RSE was quick to respond again, however it took 2 days of taking pictures and documenting measurements to prove the slider was incorrect. RSE soon acknowledged that 2022 JLUR XR models had a change and I had been sent a 2021 slider by mistake. I am currently awaiting a third slider, but after being told twice is was shipping out the next day, which was false, I am still waiting and I am left running my rig without a passenger slider. I feel it's important to highlight that this is the most expensive product on the market. It is a premium product but it falls far short of justifying it's price point, especially when weighing the number of issues I've had, the customer service experience and the amount of time required from me to install, uninstall, ship, install, uninstall, ship.... ect, and drive communications. All that said, the drivers side works fine and meet my expectations. I wouldn't purchase again but won't with hold a buy recommendation, but only because this is the only product that fills this need at this time.

They are well built, install was not difficult and my wife is never going to get another door ding. They make it easier to get into then a non lifted Jeep or suv. You can flip them off in the down position and use them when washing the car or loading stuff on a roof rack.
