When adding wheel travel, shocks need space to move with the axle; factory shock mount locations allow the shock bodies to interfere with the Jeep's frame rails and fasten the shock eyelet so it binds instead of swinging with the axle.

MetalCloak's Outboard Front Lower Shock Mounts provide the needed clearance and turn the shock eyelet the correct direction to optimize performance. This is a simple, bolt-on kit that will improve the performance of your shocks.

Note:

The JT Gladiator Mojave outboard front lower shock mount spacer kit is for stock axle application only.

If using OE wheels, 2" spacers will be needed to give proper clearance. These mounts are intended for use with wheels with 4.5" of backspacing or less or an equivalent of a 2" spacer on factory wheels.
