These lights were easily installed, look great and are a safety must for these steps when entering and exiting in the dark. One recommendation is that Chafee protection for/ on the wires should be installed by the manufacturer at several points for long term reliability. I installed my own shrink tube at those points. I reduced the quality and value to 4 stars due to the lack of wire Chafee protection at several points.

Easy to install, directions were not in the box for placement so had to guess, no lights at the very rearward part of the step was a downside.
