Steinjager TJ Steering Crossover Kit, Hot Pink, Extended

The Steinjager Crossover Steering Kit is a drastic upgrade from the factory steering. It is manufactured from 1.50" x 0.25" wall DOM tubing and is paired with 3/4" Chrome Moly Rod Ends. This kit will work with or without the factory sway bar. Grade 8 hardware is included.

The installation will require the spindles and pitman arm drilled out to 5/8".

The adjustable length for this part is 37.0" to 38.0". If the dimension from your pitman arm bolt hole to the passenger spindle bolt hole is out of this range, you will need a different pitman arm or our "standard" Crossover Steering Kit (J0048524 through J0048540).

It would be best to have 4.00" or less of backspacing or a minimum 16" rim. Factory 15" rims may rub the Heim joints.

CAUTION REGARDING PAINT COLOR: This product is painted with our Hot Pink powder paint. Given the nature of this particular color and our powder painting process, there may be slight imperfections in areas around welds, at 'hanging' points from our powder paint system, variations in the color itself in areas with a dramatic change in materials (ie: from tube to large plate transition areas), and/or a loss of brightness after a season in direct sunlight. We add a second coat of 'clear coat' to help extend the life of the vividness of the color, but it still is subject to fading. When considering this color, please keep these nuances of this color in mind.
