Definitely firmed up my steering after the lift and 38" tires. Well worth the price.

Installed and didn't know if my steering really improved, or if it was all in my head. Wife drove it and immediately complained that her one year old JL has looser steering than my almost 7 year old JLU. This is what she wants for her next modification.

I didn't realize how mushy my steering had become until I installed this brace. My steering is better now on 38's than on 35's.

Steering became more stiff and predictable. Construction was solid and install was easy. This is totally worth the money. Helped with the Gladiator drift.

Researched this part for some time. Finally decided it was a purchase I would make. Arrived fast. Had to wait on the 42 mm socket for the pitman arm to arrive before install. Took a couple of hours to install. Pretty straight forward. I lubber the brass before installing it to make sure it was 100% covered. Only delay on the install was I had to purchase a heavier torque wrench which I needed anyway. Definitely stopped the wondering and play in the wheel.

Works great and the install is easy. The powder coating did chip as I tightened the bolts and the trackbar bolt hole is a little off. It does tighten up your steering as described.

Well designed and fitment is snug but works well with my big bore gear box. The powder coating flaked a little when tightening some of the bolts but that’s not a deal breaker. Piece of mind is more important then flaking powder coating.

Installed this 3 months and 4k miles ago, at same time I installed a lift, Synergy tie rod and drag link, and 37in tires on a 2018 JLUR. The installation was easy, straightforward, and the instructions were good. Post install, my steering was excellent and I believe this brace played a big part in it. However, recently I began hearing a creaking sound coming from the pitman arm/steering box. I removed the machined sector shaft brace and found the bronze bushing had turned so the zerk fitting was no longer aligned with the lubrication hole in the bushing. I drilled and tapped a hole on the brace and installed a set screw after realigning the bronze bushing with the zerk fitting. Another option would have been to apply red loctite to the exterior of the bronze bushing and hope this kept the bushing from turning. Overall, I am confident in this brace and the peace of mind it provides in strengthening the steering box mount, track bar, and sector shaft. The photo shows the hole in the bushing not being aligned with the zerk fitting. 4 stars for performance due to the bronze bushing turning, but a solid 5 stars overall.

This bracket is certainly solid. It's not exactly an easy install, but worth it. If you're not mechanically inclined, leave this one to a professional.

The instructs are pretty cut and dry. Had installed under an hour. Can’t really tell an improvement in steering. We have gone on events with some very technical trails. Have seen one track bar bracket broken off a JI frame. It was just a piece of mind install to add a little extra support to the steering and track bar mount. The only negative I have, is if you’re going on trails with mud or driving in deep water you have to clean around the bushing and keep it greased.
