RCV's Performance Ultimate Dana 44 CV Front Axle Shafts are nearly indestructible and are perfect for vehicle's that see constant off-road action. These axles have been built from the ground up to provide increased strength and higher angles for lifted applications, so you'll never have to worry about pushing your Jeep to its limit. RCV's axles are designed to be a direct OEM replacement to your factory parts and don't require any modifications to your front differential or hubs. The RCV axle shafts come standard with a black oxide coating that is extremely resistant to corrosion in practically any climate or weather condition. The RCV Performance Ultimate Dana 44 CV Front Axle Shafts replace your Jeep's weak Dana 44 U-joint axle shafts with a high-strength constant-velocity design. Haven't had time to install yet. But I know alot about rcv and they are great. These shipped alot sooner from northridge than I thought they would well packaged arrived will no damage. You get what you pay for 💯

I put these RCV's on my 2015 JKUR and loved them. Money spent on recovery gear or upgrades that prevent you from getting stranded due to failure is the best way to spend money for Jeep parts. Not to mention very little maintenance needed. If you are on the fence about going with CV's, let me nudge you a bit. Go get them!

Nice quality and fit perfectly on my JK. Not that hard to install with the videos on youtube. Very strong axles to handle my 38" tires without any issues. Much way better than stock shafts. Have them for a few years now and so far so good. Just make sure you grease them per the manual.

I just installed these on my 2010 JK. Great axles as everyone knows. HOWEVER, mine only came with 5 new bolts for the wheel bearings. Six are needed. Also, the threads for the axle nut are finer than the threads on the stock axle and new nuts are not provided. One trip to NAPA and the problem was solved with a couple M24x1.5 spindle nuts. We did find that shoving the axle into the orange boot by hand worked better than using a soft face hammer.

Have had them for about a yr now, no real issues running on 37s with them. Only complaint is that the drive side axle clicks when turning when im in 4wd. Has done this from the start. Its quiet when normal driving.

A: Yes, you can rebuild the axle shafts. I would also insure that they have the proper amount of grease in them.
