REVIEWS & CUSTOMER MEDIA
First of all, they do not have the instructions on the 2021+ install of their product. I called them because based on the instructions, I was missing parts. But the feedback I received from their customer service was that I had all the parts for the new installation. They sent me pictures of how the new brackets should be installed, but said the new instructions and installation video had not been finalized yet. Secondly, I have a terrible rattle now. It seems to be around the exhaust. Now I am going to have to take apart the skid plate and wrap the exhaust to stop the loud and annoying sound. It probably won’t be that difficult to fix, but it will certainly take more time and effort to fix the encountered problem. This is an expensive product for the issues that I am encountering. You may want to look at other options until Artec figures out how to solve these design and instruction concerns.
