Aries Big Step Round Side Bars

Go bold or go home with ARIES Big Step™ 4" round side bars. There is nothing that finishes off an aggressive custom build or wild offroad ride quite like these oversize nerf bars. They feature an extra-large 4" diameter to show well on larger, lifted vehicles, and they have raised, non-skid step pads for safe, comfortable footing. They're also constructed to be lightweight, rust-free and vehicle-specific for a no-drill install.

Big Steps™ are all about showing off. These bold, black nerf bars feature 4" diameter, heavy-wall tubes with contoured mandrel bends, hugging the sides of your beefed up ride and accenting its unapologetic style. The nerf bars are particularly designed to show well on larger trucks, Jeeps and SUVs, especially those equipped with a lift kit and offroad tires.

As bold as their attribute is, Big Step™ 4" side bars are made for safety. They feature extra-large step pads constructed from tough polypropylene. Poly construction makes them completely rust-proof and provides long-lasting UV resistance. The step pads are also raised off the tubes and provide a wide, non-skid surface for a comfortable step with plenty of traction.

Because Big Steps™ are styled as offroad nerf bars, we construct them from aluminum. We use a hardened T6 aluminum alloy to be lightweight and highly corrosion-resistant, while offering ample strength for a rigid step. The aluminum is covered in a unique textured black powder coat finish that not only maximizes corrosion resistance but also helps hide minor scuffs, scratches and grime. This allows your offroad truck, Jeep or SUV to maintain a clean appearance.

All Big Step™ aluminum nerf bars are made for vehicle-specific application. The bends of the tubes, the placement of the step pads and the positioning of the mounting brackets are all customized to fit each unique vehicle application. This particular set of custom nerf bars is engineered to fit certain years of the Jeep Wrangler JK (see application information to ensure compatibility with your vehicle's year, make, model and style).

This set of Jeep Wrangler JK nerf bars comes with all necessary hardware and brackets for a complete installation. The brackets are uniquely shaped to integrate with the vehicle, mounting without any drilling required. The brackets are constructed from high-strength steel and are protected with a durable black powder coat finish for longevity.

To complete the look of your big, bold offroad-style build, Big Step™ side bars are designed to complement the ARIES Big Horn™ bull bar. This bull bar features the same 4" diameter tubing and aggressive attitude as their nerf bar counter parts, and it is intended to show well on larger, lifted trucks. It is available in the same textured black powder-coated aluminum as Big Step™ side bars, as well as a polished stainless steel finish
