AFE Power Twisted Steel Header & Connection Pipe - Street Series

This Twisted Steel Street Series Long Tube Header & Connection Pipe combo replaces the extremely restrictive exhaust manifold. Constructed out of 1-1/2 IN, 14 gauge, mandrel-bent, stainless steel tubing for strength and durability this header reduces restriction and improves performance. In testing, this system resulted in gains up to +2 horsepower and +7 lbs. x ft. of torque, as measured on our in-house dyno. The header comes with a 1/2" thick laser-cut head flange that is designed to match the head port for a leak-free seal. Formed collectors are used in the header to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity for maximum performance. The high-flowing Connection Pipe is designed with a high flow catalytic converter and 2-1/2 IN mandrel-bent tubing for optimum flow resulting in added horsepower and torque. This system is designed to fit as a combo with all necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation.

Stainless Steel Construction:
This system is constructed of durable mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance, and strength, eliminating cracking.

Factory Mounting Locations:
Utilizes factory mounting locations making it a true bolt-on system and includes all necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation.

Headers:
Formed Collectors:
Utilize formed collectors to decrease turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque, and improved throttle response.

Optimized Tube Lengths:
Tube lengths are optimized for true pulse control technology which improves flow and performance.

1/2 IN Laser-Cut Flanges:
These headers come with 1/2 IN thick laser-cut head flanges and gaskets that are designed to match the head port for a leak-free seal.

Connection Pipe (Street):

This system incorporates a 400 CPSI (cell per square inch) catalytic converter for maximum flow.

Mandrel-Bent Tubing: 
The performance Connection Pipe is constructed of durable 2-1/2 mandrel-bent, stainless steel and connect directly to the OE or aFe exhaust.
