These easy to install systems deliver impressive off road performance and value without having to change driveshafts, modify exhaust or brake lines. Rubicon Express’ new Progressive Coils for the JK Wrangler allows for a lower center of gravity to provide better handling on the street with increased stability in off-camber situations. The coils feature longer extended lengths when compared to linear rate coils, providing full articulation without unnecessary height. The progressive coil spring rate also results in a smooth ride over small bumps but with enough spring rate to prevent harsh bottoming during full compression. Are exhaust spacer need for this lift?

A: Exhaust spacers aren't 100% needed, but they are recommended with pretty much all lifts 2.5" and up. When the suspension droops, the front driveshaft will come into contact with the exhaust crossover pipe, which will tear up the boot on the driveshaft and essentially ruin it. Alternatively, you could go to an aftermarket driveshaft instead of the exhaust spacers as they are narrower(but stronger) in that section and don't have clearance issues.
