The Mopar lift doesn't include either a track bar or relocation bracket. You really need one if you want everything centered properly. I weighed till after I got the lift installed to order the front and rear track bar it was so obvious that it was needed just standing behind the jeep and looking at how far off-center the front and rear were. Clayton makes a very high-quality product and these were no different. Everything went on as it should and worked perfectly. I would recommend them.
perfect for a spare 37 " tire
Plenty of clearance for the spare tire. Bushing design works well.
This thing is great clears spear tire
Great track bar, provides several benefits. First, the obvious adjustability helps center the axle if you've done a lift. Second, the bow will enable larger (i.e. 37's) spares to fit without rubbing. The bow in the bar is what enables this. I've got a fully inflated MT Baja Boss A/T in my spare location, which would not fit without this track bar.

Q: Tire Clearance Trystan2 years ago
With this rear track bar (or any other for that matter), do you also have to remove the heat shield for the spare tire, or is the only thing you need to fit a larger spare a specially designed track bar?

A: NO need to remove the heat shield, or anything else for a 37 to fit with this track bar. I actually have a 38 Nitto Ridge Grappler on my JT, but did have to remove the heat shield, and also reduce the pressure in the tire to make it fit between the fram rails.
