About Northridge4x4

Northridge4x4 was established in 2001 as a decidedly modest affair. President and Founder, David Johnson, started building bumpers for Jeep TJs out of his father, Brian Johnson’s, 1,200 square-foot garage. It wasn’t long before the business started to grow, and the ability to keep up with the demand became difficult, so Brian started helping out when he wasn’t working as a police officer. After the first year, the family business grew even more, and Kyle, David’s brother, joined the group. Shortly after, the manufacturing of products stopped and the building of Jeeps and supplying the best parts in the industry became the focus. Northridge’s goal was to have products in stock that the customer wanted and be able to ship the same day.

By 2007, the need for a much larger facility was needed. We broke ground on our current location in Silverdale, Washington and moved into our 13,000 square-foot facility in October 2010. Fast forward to present day and we now have locations in Kentucky, Canada and Utah with over 40 employees.

As a company, much of our consistent growth is due to the fact that most of our staff is made up of off-road enthusiasts. Wheeling was the origin and the company was merely an extension of the family passion.

While the company of today offers products and services for all kinds of four-wheel-drive vehicles, we still specialize in aftermarket Jeep parts and accessories, and we are still that small family-run business at heart.

HOW TO REDEEM

To redeem a gift card with your Northridge4x4 rewards points, follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Rewards Program" link located near the bottom left of our home page and make sure you are logged into your account.
  2. Go to the “My Rewards” section. Only the gift cards you are eligible to redeem will be blue, others will be greyed out.
  3. Click on the gift card you want to redeem. (FYI-Only 1 Gift card number can be applied to an online order at a time.)

    Hit Confirm, and your Gift Card number will appear in the text box.

Be sure to enter this Gift card number on our Checkout page and not on the Cart page

FAQ's about our Rewards Program

Q: Are you adding points for purchases I made prior to the launch of the rewards program?
A: No, points can only be earned on products purchased on the website once the rewards program started (March 15, 2022)
 
Q. I've written a review but don't see reward points for it, how soon will I see these points added to my rewards account?
A: The points awarded for writing a review can take a couple of weeks to get added to your account.
 
Q. Can I use more than one rewards gift card at a time?
A: Unfortunately, our system only allows for one gift card to be applied to an online order.
 
Q. What happens to inactive accounts?

Easy. All you have to do is average $15k a month in orders. You have from June 1 – September 30 to make it happen.
