Features & Product Details
The Rock Krawler 2.5” X-Factor System is perfect for users looking to run up to a 35” tall tire with OEM fenders, or 37” tall tires using flat style fenders. Additionally, the 2.5” X-Factor System will provide users with great highway characteristics while allowing the user to dwell further into off-road adventure where you would otherwise, be limited by stock suspension.
Off road benefits include high clearance, high misalignment front and rear lower control arms, front sway bar disconnects, and long travel stainless steel brake lines just to name a few key components. The rear axle on the 2.5” X-Factor system is moved back 1” to allow for greater clearance between the tire, and the factory rock slides for all owners with the factory Rubicon package.
General Notes:
*All lift heights based on Rubicon models for standard style build (i.e., front bumper and winch, rear bumper and full-size spare).
*If building with a spare delete, we recommend dropping 1” in coil lift height for the rear.
*If building an overland or heavily upfitted build in the back, we recommend upsizing 1” in coil lift height for the rear.
*We typically recommend 4.5" of back spacing on rims for 12.5" wide tires.
*We typically recommend 3.5" of back spacing on rims for 37" tall tires.
*For 2012 and newer models an aftermarket front driveshaft with 2" O.D. steel tubing is recommended, but not required.
*The X Factor System allows the rear axle to be pushed back up to 1" over stock which perfectly centers the rear axle assembly under typical aftermarket flat fenders. It also allows for larger tires without contacting the rock sliders or rear pinch seam.

I bought this lift kit a little over 2 years ago now. I wanted something more than a basic lift kit and after months of research, I've settled with this. One of the huge benefits of these lifts, is the ability to upgrade down the road. You can upgrade shocks, coils, control arms to long arms, and etc. This kit allows you to have the adjustability of all 8 control arms, sway bar links, and track bars to your jeeps needs or if you were to upgrade. Doing so allows you to move the axle for articulation and also with setting caster for alignments With some more than basic knowledge of how to turn wrenches, this install is well worth doing yourself. It allowed me to learn more about my Jeep and help give me a better understanding. Off road capability has provided me with more than I thought I could ever imagine. Don't get me wrong, it also comes with time and experience on the trails. But this allows you to push your suspension to the limits and get your money's worth. I'm been given so many compliments on my rig and surprised many as to what I have done in it. With this kit and flat fenders, you can fit 37s. I run flat fenders and 35s to maintain my up travel and help keep a lower center of gravity. RATINGS: -Performance: Only a 4 because this kit is meant for more of a rock crawling type, not the fast type stuff in the dunes. They have kits for that though. -Ease of install: 4 stars because the install instructions can cause some slight confusion. You can call Northridge at anytime and they will walk you through it. -Value: 5 stars as this kit is worth the money. -Quality: 5 star as I've beat the crap out of it, without any issues. I have plenty of pictures and videos to show. I can't post a lot of videos or photos on here, so follow on IG @mhockey9090
