Poison Spyder Body Armor Aluminum

Use the rugged, precision-fit 3/16" Poison Spyder Aluminum Body Armor to keep your JK Jeep safe when off road driving. JK Jeeps come with thin factory sheetmetal, which doesn't do enough to prevent trail damage that can be caused by rocks pushing the factory rocker rails up into the body. The body armor parts are CNC-laser cut and precision brake-formed to fit the unique contours of the JK body.

There are two options when it comes to this body armor kit: steel and aluminum. Aluminum is recommended where Rocker Knockers, the stock Rubicon rocker rails or other rocker panel protection will also be used. The 4-door version of the aluminum body armor is 27-pounds lighter than steel, and creates an excellent secondary barrier when used with external rocker rails.

This aluminum body armor can be powder-coated, however can be installed without any protective coating. The steel version cannot be installed without a protective coating. They may also be polished or clear-coated at the installer's discretion.
