RH4x4's proprietary locking collars are arguably the safest and most secure way to not only strengthen your fabrication project but also provide limitless mounting methods. With the Locking Cap/Clamp Kit, you can now add various Rock Hard 4x4 cage sections to your Jeep when you don't have the rest of their cage systems.

The Locking Cap/Clamp Kit includes the hardware and patented caps you'll need to install cage sections like Overhead Angle bars or Side Angle Bars when you don't have the main cage section.

Increased Versatility

When not running the main cage sections, you need the RH-1001-G to complete the link for certain Rock Hard 4x4 products.

Currently the following Rock Hard 4x4 part numbers require the RH-1001-G kit if the main sports cage is not installed.

Patented Design

Protected by Patent US6908107 and used in all RH4x4's cage systems, their locking collars are the foundation for the Ultimate Sports Cage upgrade. Magazine editors, trail guides, wheelers from across the world, and even competitors have turned to the bolt-in cage for over a decade for their own vehicles. The strength their collars provide is inherent in how they couple the cage components together.

Strength

With RH4x4's patent secured over a decade ago, they began production on the cages. Each collar, cap, and tube component in the system is produced in house. This gives them total control over manufacturing to ensure that once a fabrication collar leaves their facility and gets installed in your project, they know it will continue to uphold their sterling reputation.

The locking collars and caps are solid 1/2" thick CNC machined steel and produced in house. Each cap is secured to its matching collar with six 5/16" x 1" grade 8 socket head cap screws. Once a cap is secured to its collar it becomes a solid, unbreakable joint. This means assembly and disassembly is achieved without welding or cutting which could potentially damage your vehicle's interior or expensive powder coat/paint finish.
