This kit provides tire coverage similar to the factory flares with the added advantage of a better approach angle and outer tire clearance. Crusher Flares are constructed from 1.5" X .120 wall DOM tubing in combination with 1/8th and 3/16th high pressure plate steel. The kit comes as a pair that fits both the 2 and 4-door models of 2007 to 2016 JK Wrangler, Rubicon and Unlimited.

The Crusher Flare kit secures to the Jeep's outer skin with two heavy duty internal brackets that are coupled to the sub-frame. The mounting holes are countersunk for the use of flat-head stainless steel mounting hardware. This support, by way of sub-frame brackets, gives the Crusher Flare a solid platform and transfer impact load away from the outer sheet metal body. Additionally, it comes with a pair of rubber gaskets that isolates the fender from direct contact with the Jeep paint and body.

Poison Spyder JK Front Crusher Flares retain the factory wheel well liner to protect the engine from trail and road debris. Furthermore the reinforced sub-frame brackets are hidden to complete a clean and finished appearance.

Mounting provisions come standard with this Crusher Flare Kit to replace the factory side marker with an updated LED marker light. The LED lamps and flashers can be purchased separately. The addition of the LED provides a more modern and refined look that complements the function and style of the Crusher Flare.
