Features & Product Details
The MagnaFlow Jeep Gladiator Overland Series Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System #19621 brings superior ground clearance, dyno-proven performance and our signature exhaust sound to your 2020-2023 Jeep Gladiator equipped with the 3.6L engine option. This kit’s direct-fit configuration is designed for easy installation and intended to replace your rig’s OEM exhaust components from near the catalytic converter on back. #19621 features 3” mandrel bent main piping that passes through an 18” straight-through oval bodied muffler and NDT (No Drone Technology) tuned chamber before terminating in a high-clearance tucked tailpipe to the rear of the driver’s side. The integration of MagnaFlow’s NDT technology allows this exhaust system to be enjoyed at highway speeds without any unwanted droning noises that can occur in competing exhaust systems. The kit’s high clearance design and improved departure angles versus the stock system allows your truck to handle any terrain more easily. This Jeep Gladiator exhaust system also offers unmatched tunability thanks to the accessory port on the integrated muffler, which allows for different modules to be attached. Exhaust kit #19621 includes an NDT module, which can be attached to that port to further mitigate certain droning frequencies, perfect for longer trips. Alternatively, the port can be covered with the included pipe cap which allows for a more free-breathing engine note to make its way through the pipes. This performance exhaust kit is made of durable, corrosion resistant stainless steel and produced using advanced CNC precision robotic manufacturing techniques, all backed by MagnaFlow’s limited lifetime warranty.

I wasn’t necessarily in the market for an exhaust. I actually didn’t mind my jeep being very quiet. And then, for some reason, I decided it would be a good idea to try and squeeze every bit of MPG I could out of it. Without changing the way I drive. The turnpikes where I live and where I travel are often 80 miles an hour. First things first I ended up taking a lot of time to get my factory exhaust out in one piece. It is possible on the floor. You just have to jack up just the rear end enough to puzzle the factory exhaust out . If you have aftermarket bed sliders, they could present a problem because this tucks up really high but even with slide engineering beds, sliders, I was able to get it to work just fine using the exhaust mount one notch, lower, still tucks up nicely. So onto the performance a little bit before this, I did the rough country throttle body spacer believe it or not that made a very surprising difference. I actually ordered that spacer at the same time I ordered the exhaust. I have not noticed any real performance upgrade with the exhaust when it comes to mileage so far around town it improved it just a tiny like less than half a mile per gallon over what I got with the throttle body spacer. I do have a trip coming up and that will give me more comparison for mileage. On the thing that I was worried about the most. I went magnaflow because to my ear they tend to be the better sounding exhaust on most non-V-8. I was really surprised at how good this sounded. I’ve listened to the YouTube clips with Bose headphones on or through my Sonos arc system. It sounds so much better in person overall I’m super happy with the purchase. I would absolutely recommend it if you are in the market for an exhaust.
