The result of a partnership with FOX Racing Shox, their collaboration created a lightweight aircraft grade heat-treated aluminum shock body, which leverages the unique and specific TeraFlex valving that it is ideal for handling the tremendous demands that a PreRunner requires.
Featuring an impact cold forged body manufacturing and hard anodized aluminum body; the Teraflex Fox Racing Shock supports advanced heat dissipation while resisting the negative effects of corrosion. The fruits of the partnership between Teraflex and FOX Racing Shox were quickly realized in the heat of Southern California's desert proving grounds with the most performance orientated race-ready shocks on the market today.
Pressure balanced engineering guarantees maximum contact of rubber to the road, and delivers greater handling characteristics throughout all aspects of your suspension system. Contributing to the superior results are the following innovations:
Consistent performance under relentless high shock cycling is critical to measuring the quality of your shock, and the external remote reservoir is designed to separate nitrogen and shock oil, while the internal floating piston (IFP) reduces cavitation.
Lift Heights are based off of Teraflex Suspension Kits only.
*NOTE - Due to varying lift heights we always recommend you measure the shock length you need to ensure proper fitment on your application*
