Q: Power Steering Pump coscooper4 years ago
Does this kit come with a new power steering pump. It appears so in the photo, although it looks like a new pulley wheel and hard to distinguish if that's also a new pump. The "Included" list doesn't specify.

Q: Add on later THouse5 years ago
With this kit would you be able to add on the hydro assist later fairly simple?

A: Yes and No. The steering box with this kit isn't the ported version. You would have to replace the steering box with the ported version. PSC also offers the SK285 kit, which is this same kit but comes with the ported box that you would just leave capped until ready to go to assist. You would also need the ram and lines for the ram. It runs $455 more for the SK285 and you would need to call in to order it.

Q: 40 inch tires ALanbbljbljbljb5 years ago
I have dana 60 axles with 40 in tires. Would this work well with that set up?

A: With the larger axles and 40" tires, you'd be better off with the full assist kit. PSCSK280 is what you'd want to look at. https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/hydraulic-steering-kits/sk280kit-psc-big-bore-xd-cylinder-assist-kit
