Features & Product Details

This K&N NextGen Aluminum cold air intake system is engineered for your Jeep Wrangler V6 3.6L F/I. An American 6063 aluminum rigid tube helps increase the volume of airflow up to 37% to your engine and provides an increase up to 17 horsepower and 28 torque with no tune required. This intake system is paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow LIFETIME Air Filter™ featuring oiled cotton filter media. The oversized, conical design allows you to go up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom designed NextGen air box helps protect intake air from the high temperature of your engine bay, and the entire system can typically be installed in less than 60 minutes.

Features:

Dyno-Proven Performance: Dyno-proven to deliver a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque on your engine's stock tune. Experience the exciting roar of your engine during acceleration, without any drone at cruising speeds.

NextGen Airbox: The hybrid airbox features a semi-enclosed airbox that helps lower air temperatures, an enlarged fresh air inlet for improved airflow, and better protection against contaminants.

Oversized Air Filter: An oversized air filter features an increased surface area and a radius-entry design, both engineered to increase airflow and enhance performance.

American Aluminum: Intake tubes are crafted from American 6063 aluminum and finished in Texas.

Sharper, More Aggressive Sound: The rigid aluminum tube allows the engine’s natural airflow to resonate, producing a race-inspired induction sound.

Premium Under-Hood Appearance: A gunmetal gray powder-coated finish delivers a clean, distinctive performance look.

Simplified Installation: The simplified design reduces mounting hardware, while Quick-Lock™ technology allows the filter to snap into place. A sealing bead secures the system with just one hose clamp.

No-Hassle Warranty: NextGen intakes are backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty and will preserve your factory warranty. Proudly engineered in the USA with dedicated customer support.
