Upgrade your Jeep TJ/LJ with the Savvy Legacy 6061 Aluminum Rear Bumper, engineered for maximum clearance, durability, and a sleek, low-profile design. Built from lightweight yet ultra-strong 6061 aluminum, this bumper delivers unmatched off-road capability while maintaining a clean, modern look.

Features:

Highest Clearance Design – Tightest & cleanest fitting rear bumper for Jeep TJ/LJ without a frame chop. Maximizing clearance for off-roading.

Ultra-Lightweight & Strong – Made from 3/16" thick 6061 aluminum, weighing only 12 lbs.

Modular & Replaceable Rear Skin – Easy, cost-effective repairs without replacing the entire bumper.

Heavy-Duty D-Ring Mounts – Two 3/4" laser-cut steel mounts for safe & secure winching.

Made in the USA – Precision CNC laser-cut and bent for a perfect, factory-quality fit.

Customizable Finish – Ships raw aluminum, ready for powder coating or painting to match your vehicles build.

Precision Engineering for Off-Road & Everyday Use

This bumper is designed using CAD-optimized models from Jeep, ensuring precise fitment and maximum functionality. The modular design allows you to easily replace the rear skin instead of the whole bumper—making maintenance simple and cost-effective.

Specifications:

Material: 3/16” 6061 Aluminum (Skin)

Weight: Just 12 lbs for reduced rear-end weight & better handling

D-Ring Mounts: 3/4” thick laser-cut steel for winching & recovery

Fitment Notes:

Designed to work with body lifts – Fills the gaps perfectly.

Will fit non-body-lifted Jeeps if body mounts are new & in good condition.

If body mounts are worn, use a 1/8"-3/16" spacer for proper alignment.

Ships raw aluminum – ready for customization.

If you're looking for a simple and clean looking bumper this is it. Installation requires drilling some holes in the rear cross member but nothing too difficult if you have a good drill and some step drill bits. The aluminum bumper may need to be trimmed where it fits around the body mounts, you will need a body lift to fit this bumper. Recovery tie in points(the steel parts) need to be painted and are rock solid once installed. Overall I'm really happy with the simple looks and good recovery points.
