Features & Product Details
The Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP Steering Stabilizers are based off the race-dominating Performing Series Shock. These will take the load off steering components on lifted rigs with massive tires. With that said lifted trucks and race vehicles can run larger tires and keep them straight and true.
The 2.0 Performance Series feature the IPF (internal floating piston) which isolates shock fluid from high-pressure nitrogen for maximum damping and sustained fade-free performance in any terrain. The Stabilizer bodies are crafted from 2” diameter metal-impacted 6061-T6 aluminum that dissipates heat 3 times faster than steel. Physically looking at the shock you will notice a clear anodized finish with the Fox logo along with black anodized components that ensure a quality finish that is made to last.
Other features include 5/8” hard chrome-plated, heat treated alloy steel shaft defies pitting and scratching. A redundant sealing pack system utilizes main seal, wiper seal, and scraper seal. These are also 100% re-buildable and re-valveable which allows adjustable nitrogen pressure, as well as compression valving and rebound valving.
NOTE: THIS IS A PRESSURIZED STEERING STABILIZER, AND WILL LIKELY PUSH YOUR VEHICLE TO THE LEFT WHILE DRIVING.
