EVO Manufacturing ProTek Dana 30 Front Axle Truss and C2 Gusset Kit

The EVO Manufacturing ProTek Dana 30 Front Axle Truss is designed and engineered to provide the JK Front axle with the ultimate strength to avoid issues of deflection. These front axles are prone to twisting hence prompting you to incur costly replacement or repair. However, you can now avoid that with the JK ProTek Dana 30 Front Axle Truss. Engineered from 3/16inch CNC and Laser-cut steel that is then brake-formed into one piece sections, this axle truss minimizes excess heat and weld shrinkage; reducing the chances of axle warping and hence easy installation.

An integrated 3/16inch steel backbone that passes through the center of the main truss sections add 9/16inches of backbone bracing to the axle. Secondary ¼ inch steel differential bridge connects the right and left truss sections over the cast differential center section to give an extremely strong one-piece of integrated truss system from end to end.

The differential bridge also allows for no need to weld on the differential casting. The kit also comes complete with EVO Manufacturing C2 Axle Gussets to make the axle bracing complete.
