The MetalCloak Game Changing Duroflex Joints feature a unique vulcanized elastomer, self-centering design enhanced with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber, delivering exceptional durability. These joints offer greater misalignment capability in the control arms and superior vibration dampening compared to any other available option.

Our True Dual Rate Coils provide a smoother and more stable ride compared to traditional single-rate lift springs, offering superior load handling over typical "progressive/multi-rate" coils. Designed with extra length for extended articulation, these coils maintain constant contact in extreme conditions. With over a decade of proven performance, MetalCloak’s True Dual Rate coils are built for durability.

MetalCloak's Thermoset Elastomer Coil Isolator pads are engineered to outperform factory components, offering long-lasting performance tailored specifically to our True Dual Rate Coils and designed to fit each vehicle model.

The Durotrak bushings help reduce NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) for a smoother ride while improving steering response. These patented, two-part bushings allow 360-degree rotation in a vertical plane, minimizing horizontal forces to keep your Jeep’s axle centered and ensure you stay on course.

We offer flexible shock options to match your build needs. If you have a preferred shock setup, feel free to use it. However, MetalCloak suspensions are optimized to work with our patented 6Pak™ Shocks, which deliver maximum up and down travel. Our RockSport Shocks (exclusive to MetalCloak) offer extended travel with the simplicity of a standard shock, sharing the same valving as the 6Paks for a no-maintenance solution at an affordable price. For a more limited travel option, we also offer Fox 2.0 Performance Series Shocks, which still provide great performance. You can buy the suspension with or without shocks and add any shocks of your choice.

Adjustable height front and rear bump stops are a first from MetalCloak, allowing you to fine-tune your travel based on the tire size you're running. You can easily adjust the bump stop without removing the coils, providing better clearance when needed.

All MetalCloak suspension components are designed to offer maximum up-and-down travel, ensuring the best suspension geometry for the ultimate performance you demand.

MetalCloak components have been FMVSS safety-certified when configured with 37-inch tires, full body armor, and a suspension lift, proving their safety and reliability.
