Our True Dual Rate Coils offer a smoother, more stable ride compared to traditional single rate lift springs and outperform typical "progressive/multi-rate" coils in load handling. These coils are extra-long in free length, designed to maintain contact for extreme articulation. With over a decade of proven performance, MetalCloak's True Dual Rate coils deliver exceptional durability.
The MetalCloak Thermoset Elastomer Coil Isolator upgrade pads are specifically engineered to outperform factory components. These durable pads are made for MetalCloak True Dual Rate Coils and are model-specific for optimal performance.
Durotrak bushings reduce NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) transferred to the driver, offering a smoother ride and improved steering input. The patented two-part design allows the bushing to rotate 360 degrees in a vertical plane, minimizing horizontal forces to keep the axle centered and ensuring your Jeep stays on course.
We offer flexible shock options to match your build. If you have a preferred shock setup, you can use it. However, MetalCloak suspensions are designed to be optimized with our patented 6Pak™ Shocks for maximum up-and-down travel. Our exclusive RockSport Shocks provide excellent travel with the simplicity of a standard shock, sharing the same valving as the 6Paks for a low-maintenance, affordable solution. If you prefer, we also offer Fox 2.0 Performance Series Shocks, which provide great performance with limited travel. You can purchase the suspension with or without shocks and add any shocks you choose.
MetalCloak introduces adjustable height front and rear bump stops, allowing you to fine-tune travel based on your tire size. These bump stops can be adjusted for clearance without removing the coils, providing the flexibility you need for your setup.
All MetalCloak suspension components are designed for maximum up-and-down travel, offering the best suspension geometry for the performance you demand.
MetalCloak components have been FMVSS safety-certified when configured with 37-inch tires, full body armor, and a suspension lift, proving their safety and reliability.
