Currie Enterprise D44 High Pinion Front Performance Axle Assembly, 5.13 and ARB Locker
JT/JL Rubicon
Features & Product Details
The Currie 44 high-pinion front performance axle is a direct bolt-in assembly for 2020 and newer Jeep Gladiator Vehicles. Featuring a significantly stronger center casting, axle tubes, forged knuckles, and chromoly axles, the Currie 44 is designed for heavy off-road with 37-inch tall tires.
Currie 44 Features:
Specifications
Notes
Front Axle Disconnect (FAD): This axle assembly eliminates the factory FAD and requires a computer programmer, such as the Tazer Mini or Tazer Lite, to disable the factory sensor and turn off the FAD warning message.
Outer Knuckle Assemblies: The Currie 44 is designed to reuse the complete stock Gladiator outer knuckle assemblies from the ball joints out (knuckles, hubs, disk brake calipers, and rotors)
Overall Width: Axle width is 68.0 inches (stock Gladiator Rubicon) between wheel mounting surfaces
Vehicle Lift: If using the factory height suspension or a leveling kit without bump stop spacers, an aftermarket track bar is required to clear the differential cover. The RockJock 4x4 track bar RJ-9120FJLF provides ample clearance.
Tie Rod: If the vehicle came stock with a narrow-track front axle (66.5 inches), a Rubicon width tie rod is required
Builder Series: Housings do not include brackets; they are intended for customers or shops that will be fabricating the required brackets
Tire Size: Recommended maximum 37-inch tire size due to the inherent limitations of the stock brakes, wheel bearings, and axle u-joints
