Replace your embarrassingly weak and vulnerable factory steering stabilizer/tie rod clamp with Rock Hard 4x4's heavy-duty CNC machined clamp. Their clamp uses the same locking collar and camp theory as their world-famous Sports Cage systems. Once secured to your tie rod, this clamp will give you a lifetime of use. It's guaranteed to last longer than your tie rod!

RH4X4 FEATURES:

NOTE: Not designed for factory steering stabilizer. This is designed for an aftermarket steering stabilizer with a 1/2" ID sleeve. The included grade-8 bolt is too large for factory steering stabilizer sleeve. You can press out that sleeve however and press in a 1/2" ID sleeve to use this clamp.

Deflecting Design

Unlike your factory clamp that acts like a rock catcher, RH4x4's rounded clamp allows you to skid and slide over the obstacle. This prevents bent tie rods and worn ball joints. You are actually increasing the lifespan of your steering components with this simple upgrade.

The factory tie rod clamp is made from a thin plate that actually protrudes down past your tie rod. This allows it to catch on rocks and other trial debris. Hit hard enough or enough times and it will rotate out of position. This causes strain on your tie rod and steering stabilizer. Not to mention it's held in place by thin U-bolts that once bent after the mounting plate twists cannot be reused.
