The Ultimate High-Strength Front Axle Upgrade
Your Jeep Wrangler JK was built to tackle tough trails; however, with taller lifts and bigger tires, the factory front axle falls short. That’s where the Teraflex Tera44 comes in. This heavy-duty front axle is the perfect replacement for your JK Wrangler’s weak front axle. Whether you’ve bent or broken the factory front axle or simply want to beef up your front end before anything goes wrong, the Tera44 is an excellent upgrade.
The axle housing is built from heavy-duty ductile cast iron with larger rib gussets than the factory axle, complete with a smooth radius bottom to help glide over rocks and obstacles while off-roading. Heavy-duty forged inner knuckles provide a huge boost in strength to support larger tires with ease. The Tera44 solves a common failure point on factory Jeep JK front axles by featuring a reinforced front track bar mount to prevent failure. It also boasts 1/4" thick CNC laser-cut axle brackets for extreme strength. To prevent lower control arm damage off-road, the Tera44 includes integrated lower control arm skid plates and comes with pre-installed upper control arm bushings. It’s built with optimized pinion angles for lifted JKs, allowing you to dial in the correct caster without compromising driveshaft angles for proper suspension geometry and a smoother ride.
For easy servicing and maintenance, the Tera44 features high-flow oil passages and a bottom drain hole, eliminating the need to remove the differential cover for fluid changes.

The Teraflex Tera44 Front Axle Package has everything you need for a complete front axle upgrade, including heavy-duty Tera44 axle shafts. Built from high-strength, dual-heat-treated 4340 chromoly steel, these shafts add serious reinforcement to your JK’s front end. With the added durability, your JK is ready to handle up to 37" tires and tackle rugged terrain with confidence.
