RockJock's adjusable front trac bar for JK Wrangler and Unlimited vehicles features heavy duty forged chromoly construction and features an organic shape that is only attainable via forging to provide maximum articulation capabilities and clearance for all differential options. Due to the rigitiy of the forged bar over a fabricated bar, from a drivability standpoint, you can expect a much tighter and precise feel to how your vehicle drives - that you probably didn't even know you were missing! Adjustable end features pinch clamp. Both ends feature a high articulation Johnny Joint rod end. Intended for us on lifted vehicles, but may also be adjusted to work on stock vehicles.

Greasable via zerk fitting.

Finish is semi-gloss black powder coat on the bar and gold zinc plating on the Johnny Joint.

(2) Rubber Washers (outboard of the Johnny Joint at the frame end to encourage the bar to re-center itself after articulating)

Notes:

Factory hardware is retained to attach the trac bar to the axle and the chassis.

Bar is forged from chromoly in an organic shape to allow for maximum travel and ample clearance when used with aftermarket 1-ton diffs.

Adjuster features 1 in.-14 RH threads.

Johnny Joints on both ends is rebuildable, should the need ever arise.

Applicable Johnny Joint Tool for this Trac Bar

Johnny Joints require non-synthetic, hi-moly lube grease such as our Johnny Joint Grease.

I recently installed a front weld on truss kit on my Rubicon D44 which required removal of the stock trac bar and bolt on raised trac bar bracket. This left me needing an adjustable trac bar. This is a VERY high quality piece. Also, the part that goes over the differential cycled all the way to the bumps without coming anywhere close to rubbing anywhere. This was my biggest concern and I was very happy with how well this trac bar worked. The joints are very nice and appear to be very high quality as well. It would be nice if a tube of moly grease came with since every suspension manufacturer requires some crazy unobtanium grease for their parts. All and all I'm very happy with the bar.
