Keep your vehicle in top working order with this sector shaft brace from Synergy Manufacturing. The modular design of this bracket lets it work with the 8069-01 front track bar brace. When these two are combined, they reduce frame flexing and sector shaft deflection on the driver's side of the car. This bracket provides additional strength for the factory track bar bracket and steering box. Made from high-strength steel with a gray powder coat finish, this brace is durable and resistant to corrosion. The brace is easy to install and bolts in place for a secure fit.

Modular bracket designed to work in conjunction with 8069-01 Front Track Bar Brace to eliminate drivers side frame flexing and sector shaft deflection.

Integrated bracket design adds strength to both the factory track bar bracket and factory steering box.

Laser cut and CNC bent from 3/16" high strength steel

Grey powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance.

High quality grease able bearing

Bolt on installation

Includes:

(1) Sector Shaft Brace

(3) 7/16-14 UNC x 1" long bolt

(3) 7/16-14 UNC Stover Nut

(6) 7/16" Flat Washer

(1) Pitman Arm Stud

IMPORTANT: The 8069-02 Synergy Jeep JK Sector Shaft Brace is ONLY compatible with the 8069-01 Synergy Jeep JK Track Bar Brace.

This is amazing for supporting the sector shaft. That being said the nut on the end does impact the track bar on both my 2008 jku with a rough country adjustable trackbar and my buddies 2016 jk with a synergy track bar at near full bump.

Overall, it’s not a bad product. Took a large pry bar and some powder coat damage to get it lined up for the Allen head bolts to go in. The next day the Allen bolts had surface rust. I can say it has a little more rigidity and less wander on the road. I’d buy it again.

The Synergy Sector shaft brace has definitely helped me out a few times. After a run in with a large boulder in MOAB, 2 yrs ago, after a broken sector shaft and a steering box swap, I have had nothing but great luck with the Sector Shaft brace. Running a hydro assist setup on 40's makes it easier but that fear of breaking another sector shaft is always there....so...I kept it on even with the Hyrdo because you never know. Thanks Synergy!!!

As always, NorthRidge was fast and competitive. If you have a JK, this is a must have part. The shaft on the JK is weak and WILL break if you wheel hard. I am running Metal Cloak suspension and this was the one recommended by them for their track bar setup. Thanks again NorthRidge 4x4
