From a design standpoint, this front axle has been designed with 1/4" CNC laser cut brackets that are strong and suitable for this axle. There are multiple control arm and trackbar mounting positions for the user to choose from. This axle is sensor compatible,including ESP, ABS and Speedometer sensor compatibility.

A raised pinion angle will benefit lifted vehicles for maximized power transfer. The differential housing features a Tri-chamber oil system for maximum oil flow to the critical bearings, and there are bearings available off the shelf to allow for easy maintenance and repair. The housing features both cast ribs, as well as gussets for strength for heat reduction. And the housing will come with a  heavy duty 3/8" cats cover for protection against large rocks, tree stumps, or other dangerous elements. The housing also has a smooth radius bottom to help with gliding over obstacles.

The tubes are made from 3" OD DOM material, and the rest of the axle has been powder-coated black for corrosion and rust protection.
