When you do a lot of off road driving, you don't want to have to worry about your differential or your ring and pinions. There are so many road hazards you have to worry about, but not with the ARB Dana Differential Cover. This version, in red, is made to fit on the ARB Dana air locking differential and protect your ring, pinion and other sensitive parts.
Made from high tensile nodular iron, it protects the ring, pinion and differential during off road travel.

When going off road whether it be camping, or if it’s a set obstacle, more than likely you will encounter hazardous impediments that could damage your Dana 44. To prevent this from happening, ARB has manufactured a differential cover constructed of high tensile nodular iron, it has been engineered to protect the differential, and the ring and pinion set from any off road hazards.
This differential cover also features:
• Computer optimized cross brace design which increases the structural rigidity of the whole axle
• Additional housing strength helps keep the ring and pinion gears meshing on the flat faces of the teeth, greatly increasing ring and pinion life, and overall maximum load strength
• High power neodymium magnets are used in both the drain plug, and the dipstick to collect metallic wear particles as the vehicle moves
• Magnet location in the end of the dipstick allows the oil to be checked for tell-tale signs of internal damage, which prolongs the carrier bearing life due to extra support to the bearing alignment
• Approach/Departure angle optimized by angled exterior surfaces
• Unique dipstick filler cap design allows differential oil level to be adjusted for customized high driveline angles.

Made of high tensile nodular iron, this cover has been designed to shield the differential, ring and pinion combination from hazards. It has a cross brace structure that increases the rigidity of the entire axle. Added strength to the housing keeps the pinion and ring gears meshing properly on the teeth.
High quality and high-powered neodymium magnets are attached in the drain plug. The dipstick collects the metallic wear particles while the vehicle is in use. The magnet's location on the end of the dipstick will allow the oil to be checked for obvious signs of internal damage.
The engineering of this differential cover will prolong carrier bearing life because of the added strength to the bearing alignment. The angled exterior surfaces optimize the approach/departure angle. The dipstick/filler cap allows the differential oil level to be adjusted to customize driveline angles.

ARB has stepped in and designed a differential cover fabricated from high tensile nodular iron which means it could win in a fight against your factory Dana 30 cover. This will protect your differential and pinion from direct contact with all of the scary stuff found on the trail.

These are finished in a black powder coat finish for anti-corrosion resistance against harmful weather elements.
