JKS JSPEC Advanced Geometry Upgrade Kit

Features & Product Details
The JKS JSPEC Advanced Geometry Upgrade Kit is a new upgrade kit that features both a new drag-link flip system and the famous JKS 6200 control arm relocation bracket system. This geometry upgrade kit is designed to perform well alongside the JK lift systems of 2.5-5inch of lift.
The drag link system is made up of two main components that include; the new drag link which is designed to directly replace the factory link and use the factory adjusting collar, and the tire rod end at the pitman arm. The installation of this upgrade kit requires a drill out of the steering arm tapered hole in the passenger's side knuckle for installing a precision-machined tapered insert. The insert comes with a knurled outer surface and has a minor interference fit that makes it extremely strong. It also eliminates any chances of there being any play or loosening. The insert can also be used again in the opposite side if the Jeep needs to be returned to the original steering set-up.
The drag link flip levels out the steering angles when used together with the lift heights mentioned. This provides better and more solid steering over the factory set-up. To effectively compliment the new steering angles on your jeep because of the drag link flip, a front track bracket is provided for mounting on the factory track bar axle mount. This bracket not only adapts the factory mount to roper track bar angles, but it also reinforces the factory set-up by tying in to the axle through the u-bolt set-up integrated in the design. The new track bar location imitates the drag link angle perfectly to eliminate any bumpy steer.
In order to accommodate these two new components of the upgrade kit, large and tall front aluminum bump stop extensions are provided to offer proper clearance at full bump. The combination of these brackets with high steering level components brings forth a great handling combination package.
The :
Reduced control arm angles enable your Jeep's front suspension system to naturally roll over bumps and grooves easily. The forces are better evenly directed to the coil springs and shocks where they are better absorbed and controlled unlike in the control arms and frame where they are felt more and create a much less controlled handling feel.
The control arm brackets correct caster for 2-4.5in of lift. The new upper and lower control arm mounting holes are perfectly positioned to offer the right caster at the given lift heights. The upper control arm mounts offer two hole positions for the right caster settings through full lift height range. The right mounting positions for the installed lift heights are well shown in the installation instructions guide.
The brackets improve the operating angles of the front drive shaft CV joint through full wheel travel. On the 2012+JK models, this new geometry raises the clearance between the exhaust and front driver-shaft at full suspension droop.
The brackets are constructed from heavy duty 7GA steel and are completely boxed and welded for enhanced strength as compared to the bolt together 2-piece designs. The brackets install inside the factory lower and upper control arm mounts with the factory hardware. A heavy boxed construction, completely gusseted lower mount, and welded crush sleeves offer you extra advantage and confidence both on and off-road.
The control arm correction brackets can be used together with the JKS adjustable arms for the ultimate on and off-road performance. The upgrade kit can also be used with numerous different system set-ups. However, there are a few items required for perfect fitment and function of this kit with other systems.
The kit cannot be used with other track bar relocation systems, only with some popular adjustable track bars. It must maintain a minimum of 3†bump stop extension over factory. Also note, it must use factory pitman arm.
